Summary
Worthington Industries is looking for Maintenance Technicians for their Delta, Ohio facility with advanced experience in both electrical and mechanical maintenance (Multi-craft) in an industrial environment. Interested candidates should upload a resume documenting education and/or experience.
Responsibilities
* Complete advanced electrical & mechanical repairs and make adjustments as needed * Perform advanced preventative maintenance on all machinery, as assigned * Make advanced repairs and adjustments to electrical and mechanical devices * Successfully troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems * Complete welding and fabrication tasks with minimal direction * May perform basic machining tasks * Accountable for entering timely and accurate data into maintenance computer system * Maintain clean and safe work area * Initiate and install improvement projects * Perform basic failure root cause analysis * Modify PLC & HMI programming * Must be able to work all three shifts
Ideal Candidate
* Advanced knowledge of electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing and code books * Advanced mechanical, welding and cutting skills * Capable of reading electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic prints * Good problem solving skills, safety practices and attention to quality * Advanced workbench and computer skills * Advanced knowledge/experience with AC/DC motor drives, PLC and SLC controllers and motor control circuits * Two year Associate Degree in Electrical/Electronics or equivalent experience
