Summary
* Articulate and able to create compelling value propositions around client demonstrations and sales calls. * Familiar with the F1000, and able to leverage existing relationships to help open up new sales opportunities. * Passionate about sales and what we are doing to shape the future of work * You understand how to manage a complex sales cycle, and are able to get high and wide in an account. * Able to pattern recognize and open up new verticals.
Responsibilities
* Identify and acquire new accounts that have strategic impact on the long term success of the company. * Present a thorough territory plan within the first 90 days. * Maintain a robust sales pipeline and meet monthly forecast goals. * Manage all facets of contract negotiations and deal structuring. * Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts. * Ensure initial client satisfaction from sourcing through deal negotiation and close * You will also work closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams.
Ideal Candidate
* 8+ years experience selling into the F1000. * Prior success in HCM or SaaS sales. * Able to work in a self-directed entrepreneurial environment. * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. * Able to present a technology solution. * Proven track record of success against quarterly quotas. * Highly proficient level computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Google docs. * Excellent telephone sales personality skills. Should be expert in CRM software solutions. Prominent organization and presentation skills. * Highly energetic and self-starter. * BA/BS degree recommended. * Direct field experience in working with enterprise accounts.
