Summary
  • Articulate and able to create compelling value propositions around client demonstrations and sales calls.
  • Familiar with the F1000, and able to leverage existing relationships to help open up new sales opportunities.
  • Passionate about sales and what we are doing to shape the future of work
  • You understand how to manage a complex sales cycle, and are able to get high and wide in an account.
  • Able to pattern recognize and open up new verticals.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and acquire new accounts that have strategic impact on the long term success of the company.
  • Present a thorough territory plan within the first 90 days.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and meet monthly forecast goals.
  • Manage all facets of contract negotiations and deal structuring.
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
  • Ensure initial client satisfaction from sourcing through deal negotiation and close
  • You will also work closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams.
Ideal Candidate
  • 8+ years experience selling into the F1000.
  • Prior success in HCM or SaaS sales.
  • Able to work in a self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to present a technology solution.
  • Proven track record of success against quarterly quotas.
  • Highly proficient level computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Google docs.
  • Excellent telephone sales personality skills. Should be expert in CRM software solutions. Prominent organization and presentation skills.
  • Highly energetic and self-starter.
  • BA/BS degree recommended.
  • Direct field experience in working with enterprise accounts.
