We help companies “Uberize” their business. We have incredible momentum which has triggered our need to rapidly scale our Sales organization.
- Articulate and able to create compelling value propositions around client demonstrations and sales calls.
- Familiar with the F1000, and able to leverage existing relationships to help open up new sales opportunities.
- Passionate about sales and what we are doing to shape the future of work
- You understand how to manage a complex sales cycle, and are able to get high and wide in an account.
- Able to pattern recognize and open up new verticals.
- Identify and acquire new accounts that have strategic impact on the long term success of the company.
- Present a thorough territory plan within the first 90 days.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and meet monthly forecast goals.
- Manage all facets of contract negotiations and deal structuring.
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
- Ensure initial client satisfaction from sourcing through deal negotiation and close
- You will also work closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams.
- 8+ years experience selling into the F1000.
- Prior success in HCM or SaaS sales.
- Able to work in a self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to present a technology solution.
- Proven track record of success against quarterly quotas.
- Highly proficient level computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Google docs.
- Excellent telephone sales personality skills. Should be expert in CRM software solutions. Prominent organization and presentation skills.
- Highly energetic and self-starter.
- BA/BS degree recommended.
- Direct field experience in working with enterprise accounts.
