Designer

We're a small, passionate team located in Cambridge, MA. Wistia was founded in 2006 and since then we've been obsessively providing the best online video marketing experience possible. Our goal is to enable every business on the planet to do awesome things with video.

As a Designer at Wistia you will:

• Lead design on new projects from concept to execution and launch
• Help evolve the visual expression of our brand by experimenting with new ideas and visuals
• Help to establish Wistia as a leader in design by exploring new and creative solutions to familiar design challenges
• Support co-designers by providing design feedback
• Help to maintain and grow the brand by identifying areas of our marketing that are falling behind, or could use some work

Here’s what we are looking for:

• 2-4 years of experience in design with a strong portfolio of relevant work
• Someone who is curious and open to learning new skill sets
• A person who is good at taking feedback; this means collecting feedback from multiple channels — data, user-testing, and peers — and knowing when to keep iterating and when to call something done
• Someone with a strong work ethic who is critical of their own work and relentlessly explores new and uncommon ideas in pursuit of the best solution to a challenge
• Good communication skills and the ability to articulate your own thought process as well as critique the work of others
