Your number one responsibility is to make the customer number one. In this role, the Floater provides great customer service throughout the assigned local market to assist with customer experience, inventory, and service repair related duties. While completing training to become the next Retail Sales Associate, the Floater is the Go-To associate within the market.

• Provide an superior customer experience
• Become knowledgeable about the wireless industry, including customer trends and wireless products
• Promote wireless plans, products, and sales
• Participate in incentive programs and contest
• Travel up to 50% within the local market
• Build professional relationships with customers
• On-Going training to advance to Sales Associate position

Requirements:

• Must have a high school diploma, or equivalent GED completed program
• Great personality and communication
• Must work well in a team environment
• Have flexible availability to include days, evenings, and weekends
• Ability to travel with own reliable transportation
• Bilingual in English/Spanish, preferred

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 9 hours) on the sales floor
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds
