• 4+ years of interactive / design experience with exposure to a service-based environment
• A strong foundation in design fundamentals and can identify / speak to the latest trends
• Strong conceptual thinking and ability to explain the approach and position to others
• Ability to solve complex multi-platform user experience needs with progressive solutions
• A passion for executing exceptional and detailed design
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• A deep understanding of browser and device capabilities
