- 4+ years of interactive / design experience with exposure to a service-based environment - A strong foundation in design fundamentals and can identify / speak to the latest trends - Strong conceptual thinking and ability to explain the approach and position to others - Ability to solve complex multi-platform user experience needs with progressive solutions - A passion for executing exceptional and detailed design - Exceptional communication and presentation skills - A deep understanding of browser and device capabilities
