WinterWyman, one of Boston’s “Best Places to Work,” is seeking an experienced, motivated and creative Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience to join our internal Marketing department (this position is with WinterWyman, not one of our clients).
In this role, you will use your general marketing know-how, project management skills, social media expertise and resourcefulness to provide strategic direction and oversight to promotional campaigns, public relations initiatives, time-sensitive projects and daily marketing activities.

- The Marketing Manager will create, execute and manage marketing programs that generate demand for WinterWyman’s services, drive revenue and build the brand. Things you will do:
- Strategize with senior managers and colleagues on marketing and social media campaigns.
- Create and execute targeted campaigns that further WinterWyman’s brand as well as that of our business lines and divisions.
- Be an internal expert on all things social media from personal branding to creating relevant content and designing ways to increase followers and engagement.
- Work on public relations campaigns and media inquiries.
- Brainstorm new content for the WinterWyman website.
- Work with partners to create topics and themes for client, candidate or special events. Investigate and evaluate online tools such as job boards and referral sources; negotiate, set up and manage contracts.
- Special projects – lots of requests come our way and we need your help fulfilling them!
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field required.
- Minimum 5 years demonstrated success in a similar role with a strong understanding of marketing – from strategy through execution.
- Expert understanding of social media, content development and technology.
- Training, mentoring or management experience.
- This position requires a strong team player who has exceptional attention to detail, is resourceful, highly organized, self-motivated, takes initiative, has high energy and problem solves easily.
- Expertise in a variety of social media tools and platforms – interest in new technology and the ability to learn and understand it quickly.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
- You are not afraid to try new things, figure out new tools and be a creative solution-finder. In addition to some specific skills and qualifications, we are looking for someone who will value and appreciate WinterWyman’s award-winning culture.
