• Have designed mobile applications of difficulty and beauty and got the guts to prove you can do it again.
• Own a strong online portfolio demonstrating examples of your approach and achievement. Able to clearly articulate what you’ve done and why.

• Be able to think out of the box, go beyond the constructs of existing user interfaces to drive for ease of use and simplicity despite the complexity of underlying use cases.
• Be well versed in mobile HCI and UX/UI, get a feel for what works and when, what to do and what not to do.
• Be capable of learning new technology quickly, including both the applications as well as design tools.
• Expert knowledge of the tools of the trade.
• Be a team player; demonstrate strong interaction skills in a close-knit peer environment.
• Be able and interested to understand what we are aiming to achieve from the business perspective and why.

In this position you will

• Take ownership of user experience, flow, interaction, and visual design for mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms. Provide all necessary artifacts to facilitate in-house application development, including elements of visual design.
• Serve as a critical link between product management, marketing and the engineering team. Communicate directly with application users to understand their experience, usage, collect and integrate feedback.
• Ensure a consistent, branded look and feel across all applications and web sites.

REQUIREMENTS

• For this job, you will need at least 5 years of software development experience with 2+ years of UX/UI design for mobile applications.
• A portfolio of works will be an essential part of your application.
