Candidate must know all Microsoft Office products like the back of their hand.

The right candidate should be multi-talented when it comes to buying * reconciling writing * proofing * print production and * trafficking all media platforms--traditional and non!

* Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent (preferably in marketing, communications, advertising, liberal arts.) * Minimum three to five (3-5) years hands-on experience in traditional and digital media, ad agency or similar. * Goal oriented: Driven to achieve marketing and advertising lead and revenue goals while further developing essential skills and knowledge of the sales and media industries. * Experience in the creation, trafficking, production, billing and design of a variety of branded materials and messaging across a variety of media platforms including print, radio, television, digital and social. * Self-driven, willingness to meet and exceed expectations. * Strong sense of initiative and accountability; can work well with minimal direction. * Able to write clear and persuasive copy for websites, brochures, ads, scripts and other marketing vehicles. * Must be able to understand and report on digital platforms; Pay-Per-Click, SEO and SEM stats. * Skilled in basic desktop design software and all Windows Office products. * Sound decision-making skills. * Intuitive over- communication skills: Reacts to new information with the question: “Who else needs to know what I just found out?” * Willingness to learn as well as mentor Marketing Coordinator. * Pro-active and creative problem-solver. * Keen attention to detail. * Organized to a fault. * Ability to adjust to a variety of situations and personalities and be willing to go above and beyond the call of duty in order to complete a task or project.
