Responsibilities
**Role** - As VP of Marketing you will direct and oversee our marketing strategy as well as be accountable for implementing initiatives and campaigns guided by results and metrics. - You will collaborate closely with the VP Sales, VP Development, existing Marketing Team and the organization's President. **Goals** - Double our sales within 1 year - Take over and manage current campaigns - Expand our new market growth - Increase conversion rates - Increase the number of qualified leads - Reduce the time from lead to sale - Take our marketing to the next level This is a virtual position (unless you live in Cambridge, MA area) leading a virtual team to integrate state-of-the-art marketing technologies with direct mail, email, online and off-line technologies and the company's tradeshow presence. You will need to optimize InfusionSoft, segment lists, run and improve Google AdWords campaigns, use predictive sales and design evergreen sequences along with webinars, videos and working with user groups.
Ideal Candidate
- You have significantly increased sales in previous marketing roles. - You have used Marketing Automation software (InfusionSoft or similar) for lead generation. - You are experienced in Google AdWords, Taguchi and A/B testing. - You have used direct mail in your campaigns. - You have written brilliant copy that has increased conversion rates. You have used big data and predictive sales to increase conversion. - You have built and improved Marketing and Sales systems. - You have run a virtual team. - You have successfully used education based-marketing. - You have hired and used external experts for specific tasks. - You consistently invest in your personal and/or professional development, and utilize the benefits in your work.
