The Role

This position will support Willis Towers Watsonconsultants by providing expert guidance to the consultants, clients and prospects who are interested in migrating to the Willis Towers Watson private exchange. The individual will work with consultants from Sales support all the way through the renewal process, owning the exchange integration and ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing client experience. He/she will be responsible to support the business strategy in their region under the direction of the Practice Leader, Private Exchanges.

This role can sit within the region in a Willis Towers Watson office located in any of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas or Washington.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a consultative expert, providing assistance to Willis Towers Watson consultants and clients from the sales process through implementation and ongoing renewals
  • Prepare, educate and assist Willis Towers Watson consultants to address client needs in the rapidly evolving exchange environment by working closely with local offices in driving Private Exchange initiatives in their region.
  • Assist in developing solutions for unique opportunities
  • While working in conjunction with the local Willis Towers Watson team, own private exchange project plan and exchange integration while providing guidance and assistance in implementation of new private exchange clients
  • In conjunction with other key stakeholders, assist in discussions with carrier partners, to ensure products are implemented well from quote to card
  • Provide regular activity updates to leadership
  • Monitor and support client satisfaction throughout the year
  • Support national Willis Towers Watson Advantage initiatives including but not limited to:
  • Develop, coordinate and distribute ongoing communication to Willis Towers Watson staff of marketing, sales, and operational materials
  • Update and maintain The Willis Towers Watson Advantage communication portal
  • Assist in developing and communicating ‘best practices’ policies and procedures for Willis Towers Watson private exchange services
  • Up to 50% travel required in this role

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in combination employee benefits consulting and/or brokerage experience. Private Exchange experience is desired.
  • Ability to work independently

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Must be comfortable communicating with technical and non-technical audiences
