Summary

FINEX New York is currently looking for Client Services Specialist to join the dedicated Cyber team. This person is responsible for providing timely, professional, day-to-day client services. In addition to variable pre-renewal, renewal, and post-renewal tasks, some responsibilities include:

Responsibilities

General:

  • Obtain Property and Casualty Broker’s license within one year
  • Maintain an FINEX Financial Services team financials, account list and pipeline master document
  • Update FINEX Financial Services team presentations (client lists, org. chart)
  • Educate the team on updates/changes to systems (EPIC, WillPLACE)
  • Run core analytics for the broking team (D&O Quantified)
  • Develop relationships with carriers’ underwriting teams

Pre-Renewal:

  • Distribute renewal reminders to the broking teams five months in advance of the renewal date
  • Gather blank new/renewal applications and send to the broking team and/or client (depending on broker preference)
    • Maintain a library to house standard new and renewal applications (currently located at Y:\1.7 Miscellaneous\1. NY Team Resources\5. NY FS Team Applications)
  • Assist with the creation of renewal strategy documents
  • Initiate EPIC data inputs

Renewal:

  • Send client submissions to the carriers
  • Gather quotes and check for accuracy; secure corrections as needed
  • Assist with the creation of WEM documentation (quote proposals, evidence of coverage)
  • Serve as the “second set of eyes” for WEM documents
  • Provide orders to bind to the carriers
  • Gather binders and check for accuracy; secure corrections as needed

Post-Renewal:

  • Secure binder contingencies as directed by the brokers; send to the carriers once received
  • Issue certificates of insurance as needed

Coordinate/Liaise with Mumbai on the Following:

  • Policy issuance
  • EPIC data input (future task)
  • WillPLACE data input (future task)
  • WISDOM Model Reports (future task)
  • Invoicing and accounting (future task)
Ideal Candidate
  • Property and Casualty Broker’s license required, or must be obtained within sixty (60) days of hire
