Responsibilities
**JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** Provide program and project management support to the USCG Financial Management Systems Improvement Initiative (FMSII) project office. Support services will include, but are not limited to: Systems Acquisition Management Support Briefings, Conference & Meeting Support White Paper Support Scheduling and Schedule Management Support Project Management Support Risk Management Support Analytical Support Documentation, Facilitation Support Documentation Management Support Technical Writing/Analysis Support Technical Writing & Editing Support Business Process Management Support SharePoint Content Management Support
Ideal Candidate
**REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** **Security Clearance:** The maximum level of classification is Sensitive but Unclassified US Citizen Bachelor's Degree Minimum 3 years of directly relevant program and project management support experience. Experience and expertise developing and implementing program/project management plans. Strong written communication skills to include the ability to develop: - program specific products requiring research, analysis, collaboration, and coordination - white papers, briefings and presentations with varying executive views; - routine and senior level documentation and correspondence. Strong verbal communication skills to include the ability to effectively interact with senior level staff, facilitate meetings and document meeting results. Must be able to read, write, clearly speak and understand English. Strong experience and expertise in MS Office suite to include MS Project and Vision. **DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** - Familiarity with USCG business processes and/or financial systems - USCG acquisition experience. - Experience supporting business, IT, financial management or financial services acquisitions. - Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulation and Policy. Experience in SharePoint Management (2010 or above).
