Summary
Currently, we are seeking highly motivated Associates to join our facility in Greenville, Ohio. The Greenville, Ohio plant is the manufacturer of KitchenAid stand mixers, hand mixers, blenders, and various other small appliances. Do you want to share your ideas in an innovative environment? Responsibilities
As an associate, you will need to be able to work in a fast paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work, and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment. Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus. You must be willing to work any shift. Openings are primarily on 2nd and 3rd shift. Ideal Candidate
* Must be at least 18 years old * Must be able to stand 100% of the time, while working * Must be able to lift, carry and stack up to 40 pounds from floor level to overhead * Required to safely use precision hand tools, portable power tools, machine shop equipment and other equipment

Working Conditions

Starting salary is $12.13 - $12.96 per hour with shift premiums of $.25 - $.30 with the opportunity to earn raises every three (3) months up to $13.42-$14.34 after one (1) year.
