Responsibilities
* Act as liaison between Accounting/Finance, Development and Procurement functions. * Manage the construction purchase order process for all applicable projects through the review and sign-off of all related purchase orders. Which includes; ensuring correct application to budgets, appropriate pricing per approved contracts and ensuring all signatures have been obtained. * Integral part of the Tenant Improvement Allowance collection process through the preparation of all applications for payment. Each project is unique, so the timing and documentation requirements vary per project. This requires excellent communication with the accounting and development functions to ensure that all items in the lease have been fulfilled to ensure efficient collection. * Review project invoices/requisitions received from project teams, which includes ensuring that all lien waivers and sign-offs have been obtained to process payment. * On a monthly basis meet with each project manager to review project status. Which includes; percent completion, projected/outstanding change order reconciliation and cash projections. * On a monthly basis prepare the construction accrual schedule for all projects and obtain all sign-offs from project managers and management. * Responsible for the creation and management of all project codes for all construction projects. * Peform Ad Hoc projects as needed.
