Inventory Manager

WeWork is seeking an Inventory Manager to procure, manage, and move category specific inventory on a global scale.

* Determine and maintain assortment of inventory based on project pipelines, determined company standards, and internal team feedback * Manage vendor relationships by executing RFQ’s, creating requisitions, creating PO’s, and ensuring vendor is paid by communicating with internal departments * Oversee procurement, track orders, and expedite as appropriate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery * Monitor and drive vendor production schedules * Review forecast and manage reorders by sku to maintain optimum inventory flow * Maintain inventory system for understanding all category specific inventory in warehouses globally * Identify cost saving opportunities and recommend new product or efficiencies based on inventory & project needs * Work closely with Design, FF&E, and Supply Chain and regularly communicate updates across all functions

* 3-5 years experience in Product Management and/or Inventory Planning/Buying * Experience with Retail, Wholesale, or Hospitality Purchasing and vendor management * Solid understanding of production and the process of product development * Impeccable and concise communication and presentation skills, verbal and written * Strong time management skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously * Advanced experience with Microsoft excel * Demonstrated ability to negotiate with vendors * Strong attention to detail
