Our Company

Weston Insurance Holdings Corporation (WIHC) is a privately held company formed in March 2011, specifically to create a property insurance company to address a lack of available windstorm coverage. After a year of working with key stakeholders, including agents, key clients, investors, reinsurers and regulators, Weston Insurance Company (Weston) received its Permit to Form and Consent Order from the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation effective February 20, 2012. Weston received a Certificate of Authority to write property insurance on an admitted basis in Florida effective December 21, 2012, in Texas effective May 13, 2015, and in Alabama effective June 8, 2015. Weston is a focused windstorm insurance specialist. Weston is dedicated to helping businesses and individuals achieve financial security by providing access to consistent, cost-effective coverage, and responsive, high-quality client service. Building on our executive team's nearly 100 years of collective experience in insurance and reinsurance, Weston strives to offer the most consistent and cost-effective windstorm insurance protection available in the markets we serve.
