Responsibilities
* Due diligence collection, organization and review. * Examine documentation for accuracy and relevance. * Track status of pending documents and information. * Distribution of due diligence information * Coordinate, prepare and distribute due diligence information packages via virtual data rooms * Prepare and send access invitations to investors. * Troubleshoot issues and provide other customer services to investors, company professionals and other data room users.

**Desired Qualifications** * Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities * Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability * Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills * Strong analytical and quantitative skills * Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills * A BS/BA degree or higher * Knowledge and understanding of Investment tools such as Bloomberg or Factset application ** Other Desired Qualifications** * High academic achievement and distinction. * A recent college graduate with a dedication to building a career in the real estate industry.
