Database Developer (DBA2)

Risk Operations and Fraud Prevention Services is looking for a strategic Database Analyst who will be able to implement and maintain creative database solutions in a fast paced environment and strives to continuously learn the latest tools and architectures to deliver innovative solutions for our customers. Our team is not only responsible for the technical development of applications, but also the conceptual development of solutions that will enhance the business’s ability to operate effectively.

* Main responsibilities of this role will include ETL, database creation / monitoring / maintenance, production support, and report development. * Uses advanced knowledge of SQL Server to design and implement reports using Microsoft Reporting Services * Develop, troubleshoot & optimize complex queries, stored procedures, and database scripts * Responsible for being aware of new and emerging technologies for future database development. * Responsible for contributing to team-initiated, creative solutions to complex business problems. * Candidate will influence the direction of the changes, fixes and/or enhancements to applications. * Provide mentoring to other report developers. * Performs database development for the support of web applications. * Successful candidate will work within Wells Fargo’s Risk Operations and Fraud Prevention Services.

**Required Qualifications** * 1+ year of database design and administration experience * 1+ year of MS SQL server experience * 1+ year of SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) experience **Desired Qualifications** * A BS/BA degree or higher in information technology * Knowledge and understanding of C# * 1+ year of JavaScript framework experience (YUI, Angular, Node) * Knowledge and understanding of MVC (Model-View-Controller) Framework * Knowledge and understanding of Web Services * Knowledge and understanding of Agile **Other Desired Qualifications** * Knowledge and understanding of Entity Framework
