Responsibilities
* Responsible for providing administrative support of a highly responsible nature to the Head of Structured Products Research and the Head of Municipal Research. This position also directly supports three Structured Products Analysts and three Municipal Research Analysts in the execution of selected functions. * The Administrative Assistant is the first point of contact for both internal and external clients, complex travel arrangements, extensive calendar management and data input. Process expense reports in multiple currencies and accurate preparation of marketing handouts. * Additional duties and tasks are varied and complex, requiring judgment and experience to successfully accomplish with limited direct supervision. The candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, communicate well, be resourceful, detail oriented, flexible, approachable, diligent, and possess a "can do" attitude.
Ideal Candidate
**Required Qualifications** * 3+ years of administrative support experience **Desired Qualifications** * A BS/BA degree or higher * Ability to assess issues, make quick decisions, implement solutions, and influence change * Ability to develop and manage business relationships * Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities * Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management * Ability to schedule and plan meetings, events, and travel arrangements * Ability to work effectively under minimal supervision and follow specific guidelines * Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access) skills * Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications * Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills **Other Desired Qualifications** * 5+ years supporting a group heads, senior level management, as well as their teams. * Ability to plan conferences and secure venues. * Flexibility to work overtime as needed. * Experience with Wells Fargo systems and processes.
