Senior Systems Support Consultant

We have an immediate need for a talented and seasoned individual to join our amazing team in an advanced Systems Support Consultant role. The team member selected for this critiical role must have demostrated admiinistration experience and have supported .NET developed applications within a Windows server environment. Our team, the Retail Lending Technology (RLT) Production Management team, provides infrastructure and application production support for multiple line of business within Wells Fargo Consumer Lending to include: Credit Card, Home Equity, Personal Loans & Lines, Direct Auto, Wealth Management and etc

* Duties include ensuring high reliability, performance and support for application assigned. * Provide on call support for deployment and environment support in test and production environment. * Deployment of infrastructure, middleware and other components for Applications Supported. * Troubleshooting and Resolving issues in all the supported environments. * The selected team member will be expected to support the environment during CST operational hours.

**Required Qualifications** * 7+ years of systems support analysis experience * 5+ years of application production support experience **Desired Qualifications** * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills * 4+ years of Windows OS administration experience **Other Desired Qualifications** * 5+ years .Net administration experience * 5+ years’ experience supporting high volume 24x7 mission critical systems. * Experience in analyzing, prioritizing and using advanced troubleshooting skills to resolve issues encountered in Production environment * Experience in analyzing and tuning applications in the areas such as memory management, process or thread management, resource management. * F5 Administration experience (or other hardware load balancer solution) * MQ Administration experience * Scripting experience in either Python, Perl, Shell, PowerShell or PHP * Prior experience using AnthillPro/Jenkins as an automation tool for automating large scale deployments * Prior bank lending application experience in either of the following areas is preferred: Credit Card, Home Equity, Personal Lines & Loans, Auto and Wealth Management **Job Expectations** * Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and holidays
