PHP Developer

We work with in-house recruitment managers and HR teams, helping them to reduce their reliance on agencies through our advertising, resourcing and software solutions.

Joining the Nashville-based Development Team, as a PHP Developer, you’ll be tasked with developing meaningful software and helping to build our client’s portal using PHP and MySQL.

As a member of a team of Developers, you’ll prove that market-leading SaaS products don’t have to come from Silicon Valley or Boston. You’ll play an instrumental role in the improvement of the company’s product by writing tests for new features, creating high quality code and continually improving existing code.

Additionally, you’ll identify, define and implement best practices for development methodologies, workflows and deployment processes.

• Extensive experience of writing and maintaining web applications in PHP and, ideally, MySQL
• Experience of modern PHP, including classes, namespacing and Composer

• Familiarity with at least one open-source PHP framework

• As a PHP Developer, you must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Although not essential, experience with Amazon AWS would be a bonus.
