You must have approximately 2-4 years of relevant experience and be highly proficient in Advanced Photoshop, Advanced InDesign and Advanced Illustrator. * Understand photography, typography, design, and ideally the principals of film/video * Be able to work under pressure and proactively manage time * Have good interpersonal and communication skills * Work well in a team environment * Work quickly and ask questions when unsure of how to proceed. * Knowledge of social media trends, understand the tenants of compelling/engaging content creation, know social media platform best practices and interested by solving marketing problems and building brands * Be curious- enjoy learning new things, diving into products to understand what makes them different, see the potential and possibilities that can shine a new light on a brand, tell it's story in a fresh way and let your vision invigorate the work
