Art Director

The Art Director position will be responsible for contributing to strong creative and design across many media platforms. This individual will be designing everything from infographics and social campaigns, to graphic design for video animation, to magazines and direct mail. The successful candidate will know the latest design requirements across social platforms and be able to work closely with paid media specialists for campaign distribution. This individual will collaborate with the creative design and video team, and also the strategy and account teams to provide the best possible creative solutions for our clients. A manager-level position, this individual will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects through execution, oversee and mentor junior-level designers, and inspire teammates at all levels. This person will also be a good people person, and can confidently present their creative to clients.

Skills and Experience Required - 5-7 years of professional design experience - Excellent portfolio showcasing distinct design skills with attention to detail and typography - Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite, mainly Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator. After Effects and HTML experience a plus. - Experience with front-end website design, e-Newsletters, Prezi, HTML - Experience in traditional design including collateral, direct mail - Experience in visual storytelling through infographics - Proficient in PowerPoint, along with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office. - Very detail-oriented, strong fact checking, and top-notch eye for design details, such as typography, alignment, color - Some management experience preferred
