Clean and maintain assigned areas. Clean all areas of the complex as requested by supervisor. Do deliveries for/to Feed mill and Hatchery.

• Pick up trash around complex
• Trim and maintain hedges and trees around complex
• Cut grass
• Must be able to be trained on operation of tractor/forklift
• Takes mail to different locations with company car
• Assist in other areas when there is a need
• Work 5 days a week /sometimes Saturday
• Willing to perform and be flexible at any job.
• Frequently lifts up to 10- 50 lbs. (daily)
• Walks in an outside environment (including inclement weather conditions) on a daily basis. Distance can range from 1 to several miles per day.
• Frequently stoops, kneels, stooping and reaching into overhead crawls; twisting, and bending.
• Climbs stairs daily and occasionally climbs ladders. Must have the ability to work in high altitudes and elevated areas on a daily basis.
• Constantly subject to extremely wet and cold environments as well as wet and hot environments.
• Frequently works in an environment with strong, foul odors. Must use smelling senses to distinguish irregular odors.
• Able to work long hours in damp and wet conditions.

Minimum Skill Levels and Work Experience

• No previous experience required. On- the- job training will be provided to qualified employees.
• Use of tools and equipment for outside (weed eater, saw, machine to cut grass)
• Learn and be knowledgeable of the GMP’s procedures
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor
• Need to have a valid Georgia Drivers license.

Preferred Skill Levels and Work Experience

Previous yard keeping experience preferred.
