Ideal bankruptcy candidates should have 2-4 years of prior commercial and complex Chapter 11 bankruptcy case experience. Experience should include case preparation, legal research, writing, pleadings preparation, briefing, courtroom support and presentation. Top academic credentials are required. The law firm is open to relocating attorneys and lawyers, especially with New York bankruptcy experience.
