Attorney candidates should have experience with mergers and acquisitions transactions, substantial drafting experience, be able to lead closings and handle diligence for deals. Experiencing servicing public and private companies, private equity and other financial sponsors, boards of directors and special committees, and financial advisors is also appreciated. Any financing transactions experience is a bonus. Candidates must already be Texas bar licensed, and the firm is not keen on relocating lawyers at this time.
