Project Leader for ISD

Develops and maintains professional relationships with all project or program sponsors and stakeholders drives the execution of business plans leads process improvement efforts manages overall technology portfolio.

**Minimum Qualifications** Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field and 4 years experience in information technology or related field within the past 10 years OR 5 years experience in information technology or related field within the past 10 years OR Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field and 2 years experience in information technology or related field within the past 10 years. **Additional Preferred Qualifications** 5 years current experience managing large projects with a multi-million dollar budget. 3 years managing cross-functional teams providing support through the project lifecycle. 3 years experience managing multiple methodologies (for example, waterfall, agile, iterative, RAD). Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification. Ability to manage an enterprise portfolio ability to develop strategies and connect daily work to bigger picture strong communication skills at all levels of the organization ability to facilitate alignment ability to act decisively with sound judgment ability to remain effective under pressure and in dealing with ambiguity
