Inventory Control Coordinator

Since 1976, Wagner sells and rents quality Cat machines used in heavy construction, building construction, mining, waste handling, paving, municipal and governmental applications, forestry, and more.

This position is responsible for maintainingand reviewing parts inventories corporate-wide. It will process and oversee parts-related marketing programs, and maintain and reconcile all recovery related to each.

**Administrative:** * Reviews and maintains daily suggested stock orders * Oversees and coordinates surplus returns * Reconciles various invoice processes (vendor invoices, Parts WIP, etc.) * Administers Caterpillar Merchandising Programs, i.e., special pricing agreements for GET, filters, U/C hydraulic hose, etc. * Administers Caterpillar market-specific programs CAP, CAPP, TEPS, Gold OEM, etc. * Prepares new machine-delivery folders * Administers Caterpillar and Wagner sales-incentive programs * Creates and runs AS400 query reports * Provides backup support for various parts administration functions (back-order desk, DBS users, process documentation, etc.) **Organizational:** * Coordinates and maintains PTOS activities **Technical:** * Maintains machine history through DBS
