Visual and Interactive Designer

Voxy is looking for a super-talented visual designer to create amazing brand assets and digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, live and breathe digitally, and be able to translate marketing and commercial goals into beautiful, intuitive, and functional designs.

* Work directly with Marketing & Sales to design creative assets across all forms of media, with main emphasis on digital channel (e.g. website, landing pages, infographic, splash pages, pitch decks, videos) * Create and execute design concepts that adhere to—and elevate—our branding standards * Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering * Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to design roadblocks * Collaborate with interaction designer, engineers and marketers to deliver compelling and marvelous digital assets and experiences * Perform quality assurance testing to identify design flaws across multiple browsers and devices and work with the development team to resolve them * Develop and present creative ideas based on input from CEO and Head of Marketing

**For that you must have…** * 5+ years of proven interactive design experience, with a strong portfolio that includes web + mobile * Demonstrable graphic design skills * Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Muse and other important visual design tools * Experience shooting short videos and proficiency in video editing tools * Knowledge of the latest digital trends, techniques, and technologies * BS/MS in graphic design or a Visual Arts subject * Experience working with tech teams in Agile * Experience with responsive design * Experience designing PowerPoint presentation slides **It would be great if you also had…** * Familiarity and comfort with UX concepts and wireframing tools (in case we need you to tackle this as well) * Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping * Branding experience * Experience developing mobile apps
