Product Manager

You’ll be responsible for day-to-day management of communication between product and engineering team, helping engineering understand what needs to be worked on, what the product vision is, and helping them overcome obstacles. You’ll own the team backlogs and will be responsible for prioritization and estimation. You work closely with the VP of Product to help them define, refine and contribute to the product roadmap.

You should be an outstanding communicator, both verbally and written. * Organization - we run a simple Agile process and our engineers practice XP. You should have experience in running an Agile product process and be able to act as a Scrum master for multiple team backlogs. Experience with techniques like retrospectives and inceptions are highly desirable. * Vision - we believe that project managers should also be product owners. We want everyone on our team to know our product inside and out and be able to speak about our future vision with clarity and conviction. * Flexibility - we’re fast paced and sometimes things change.
