Quality Control Auditor

Volt is looking for a Quality Control Auditor to work with our client, a Fortune 500 insurance company located in Lynchburg, Virginia. In this role you will be responsible for performing quality control audits of paper documents comparing source documents to imaged documents ensuring that processing is complete and indexing is accurate. This is an estimated 2 month contingent position in Lynchburg, Virginia and is offered through Volt Workforce Solutions. * Analyze quality control data for trends and developing issues * Make recommendations on possible corrections and report them to the front end management * Compile daily quality control results and share output during daily quality control/escalation meetings * Coordinate and support activities related to special projects targeted to improve image quality and document processing accuracy

* Computer skills, with Microsoft Excel knowledge * Strong attention to detail * High School diploma
