Ideal Candidate - Provides analysis of all marketing programs (online, print, social media, television, radio, mobile) to determine response and close rates and to measure ROI. - Coordinates the collection and analysis of data coming into the company from various sources including customer and prospect information and local and national research tools. - Provides marketing overviews and customer segmentation information by product line. - Provides analysis for our website, including web traffic, lead generation, close rates, and SEO and recommendations for improvements. - Develops and maintains a competitor database that includes competitors, competitors’ products, value propositions, marketing channels, and price points. - Gathers information to assist our Marketing with geo-based marketing. - Supports marketing campaigns to grow revenue, increases audience size, and increases online usage and revenues. - Articulates findings and recommendations to executives and key business partners. - Performs ad hoc reporting as necessary. - Must be able to pass Criminal Background Check
