Wholesale Planner

The Wholesale Planner supports the wholesale/franchise business by providing analysis and guidance on annual and seasonal plans. The goal of the Planning function is to drive the business (Revenue, EBIT) through strategic seasonal merchandise planning, controlled inventory management, management of OTB and insightful commercial analysis.

• Create, maintain all wholesale reporting including but not limited to: Style Selling, Sales to Stock, Delivery Sell Thru and Weekly Top-line and Shop performance reports.
• Set top line revenue targets and provides financial planning guidance by season, market and account.
• Manage retailer’s OTB to profitably plan and grow the retail business. Review OTB on monthly basis for accuracy and validity. Propose creative ideas to drive sales while maintaining profitability and minimize risks
• Provide management with focused analytics on business trend, including category, delivery and Full Price vs Markdown analysis.
• Work closely with Sales and Finance to accurately forecast wholesale revenue, RTV’s, MD’s, and VA impact
• Develop ad-hoc analytical reports and tools to meet the changing needs of the business
• Provide support to the sales team and account partners

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3-5 years in planning, buying , wholesale or retail sales
• Excellent retail math and advanced excel skills required
• Strong planning and forecasting, organizational skills and attention to detail
• Able to manage own priorities and set own work objectives and proactively identify business issues and develop creative solutions
• Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities
• Ability to thrive in fast paced and high intensity environment
