Junior Stylist

* Oversee styling on set for wholesalers during on figure photo shoots, including fittings and garment preparation while referencing style guide from vince.com shoots * Create and manage monthly and seasonal shot lists to ensure accuracy for wholesalers * Coordinate with buyers to ensure buys are accurately reflected and all styles are appropriately featured * Prep clothing for shoots by locating appropriate colors, up to date samples, laundering clothing and sending product out of house to wholesalers with appropriate time to mitigate any potential issues * Document all styled looks for wholesale team with styled looks that contain images, detailed item descriptions, style information * Act as stylist on set for vince.com shoots when possible, working in tandem with AD * Work with sample coordinators to pull and organize all samples based on debut month ensuring all available product is neatly displayed before styling begins. Track lent samples and keep all sample tracking organized for reference * Obtain fit notes from merchants prior to photo shoots to ensure garments fit true to design during pre-shoot fittings * Determine the number of days necessary to shoot each season based on debut month and shot type, then meet with production to provide numbers to be presented to finance * Pull images and provide image paths for merchants and web team members * Work with Visual Merchandising team on seasonal style guides for in-store display

* Ability to concept editorial content & art direct photo shoots * BA in Photography, Design, or related field * Must have at least 3-5 years of interactive experience including photoshoot styling, experiential design and apparel online branding * Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, HTML and interactive design * Knowledgeable on current trends in web design and photography * Must be able to take on large scale branding ideas and executions * Fashion experience or background desired, must have high taste level * Experience styling direct to consumer shoots is a plus * Highly motivated, collaborative, a conceptual thinker * Strong communication and interpersonal skills
