Summary

Vibram is looking to add a Senior Content Manager to its team in Concord, Massachusetts. The primary focus of this position is to create and manage graphical programs for Vibram USA.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and produce brand materials including print collateral, video segments, digital assets and tradeshow exhibitions
Develop imagery assets including; logos, illustrations, photos, and videos
Write creative briefs and establish proposal process for campaign
Establish and manage partnerships with brand agencies, production companies and design vendors
Establish graphic standard policies and templates
Presents design concepts to Vibram management, customers, and global support teams.

- Graphic design skills using imac/macbook computer, adobe suite programs including photoshop indesgin, illustrator, imovie, itunes, dslr camera and edit software, MS office 
- Graphic production including print production, video production, product identity development and brand campaign development 
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple project, delegate and manage jr. designers. 
- Ability so solve problems, present options, and communicate effectively

**Education/Experience:**

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree from design school, and/or University with an emphasis in Graphic Design or related field 
- 5-7 years graphic design experience is required 
- Illustration and sketching skills recommended 
- Strong conceptual skills and understanding of design 
- Excellent oral and written communication skills 
- Professional attitude and respectful approach to dealing with people 
- Passion for fitness, training and the outdoors is helpful
- Command of English language is required, knowledge of Italian language is helpful.
