Security Administrator

Our rapidly growing Cincinnati Client is seeking a talented and experienced Security Administrator to join the Information Technology team. This is a highly attractive opportunity that offers room for growth and a chance to be an integral part of supporting the enterprise security model and some exciting security initiatives. This is an immediate contract to hire position.

• Responsible for the planning, design, enforcement, and audit of corporate security policies and procedures
• Plan and test business continuity processes and procedures, and ensure plan is in place and adhered to
• Perform as the administrator of account management for all enterprise systems (ERP, Financial, etc.)
• Responsible for acting on security violations swiftly
• Recognize and identify potential areas where existing security policies and procedures require change, or where new ones need to be developed
• Provide management with risk assessments and security briefings
• Create ad hoc security reports utilizing various tools

• 3+ years experience: in a Security Administrator role, with SOX and compliance policies and exposure to IT Audit
• Prior experience in Risk Management, Business Continuity Planning, and Disaster Recovery planning and procedures
• Familiar with Active Directory and SQL Database Security Layer
• Prior experience with Network Security
• Excellent organizational skills, high level of attention to detail and exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with a global group of both technical and non-technical people
