Summary

A fast growing Cincinnati based client is looking for a consultant to step in and assist with the post acquisition due diligence process. This person will need to have previous experience with acquisitions so they can add value on day one.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct all of the Due Diligence for the acquired company
  • Ensure accuracy of the acquired company's opening balance sheet
  • Strong communication with the CFO
  • Ad-hoc projects
Ideal Candidate

Requirements

  • Must have experience with acquisitions
  • Strong Excel
  • Strong communication skills
  • CPA/MBA a plus
