Product Manager

Venmo was founded on the principles of breaking down the foreboding walls of financial transactions to make them intuitive and even fun with friends. And it worked, people love sending money with Venmo.

You will lead B2B product strategy, the technical implementation and go-to market plan of Venmo's new e-commerce integration. The service enables payment via their customers' existing Venmo accounts, connecting merchants to Venmo's highly engaged and richly connected user base.

* Develop and execute a B2B strategy targeting key e-commerce verticals and merchants for expansion in 2016 * Build all aspects of the product: work closely with a complex, established organization * Drive launch plans including marketing & communications strategy, and operations support for customers, technology partners and merchant partners * Manage product compliance, risk, legal, privacy and information security with our subject matter experts and operations teams * Balance growth opportunities with those that protect and remove drag on the product line (reducing tech debt, fixing bugs, etc.) * Guide analytics and user research to gauge product performance and validate new opportunities * Evangelize product insights and initiatives to Venmo leadership and the team * Have fun while delivering an amazing product experience

* 7+ years as a product manager building consumer mobile experiences and B2B or enterprise experiences and taking these to market * Success leading other product managers and proven ability to work within a cross-functional team, across geographical locations and timezones * Exceptional ability to communicate, collaborate and guide thinking about your product
