Project Management Support

The candidate will support project and/or release with project management best practices, support for milestone status tracking and reviews, issue identification, tracking and resolution, and participation in program activities.

• Support the Project Team Lead as necessary
• Recommend actions to resolve or mitigate risks
• Interact with senior level client personnel, including supporting the preparation and presenting at key project and executive meetings.
• Works closely with other IT personnel in planning, developing and implementing technologies
• Support client meetings by recording and distributing meeting minutes
• Provide inputs to the weekly and monthly status reports
• Collaborate and coordinate with other project teams to create deliverables for clients and other stakeholders

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of experience with project management support activities (e.g. schedule management, risks/issue management)
• Experience with creating deliverables (i.e. status reports, schedules etc.) in Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills; able to meet tight deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills

Desired Skills and Experience:

• PMP Certification Preferred
• Experience in Project
• Management for large complex IT transformation project
