PMO Project Management Support

The IRS CADE 2 Release Project supports the PMO across all phases of the Systems Development Lifecycle. The work is primarily focused on project management and integration, general consulting and PMO support activities (including work product development, analysis, stakeholder integration and communication, reporting and analysis).

* Support with development of formal client SDLC artifacts (e.g., Project Charter, etc.) * Develop weekly reports on key project activities * Develop alternatives analysis across multiple areas (scope, requirements, design, development approaches, contingency plans, etc.) * Develop Ad Hoc Integration support work products to facilitate stakeholder decision making * Develop executive level presentations as requested * Schedule and facilitate client meetings

**Required Skills and Experience:** * 0-4 years of experience * Understanding of the Full Systems Development Life-cycle (SDLC) * Understanding of the following technology concepts: java, relational databases * Demonstrated ability to learn new skills rapidly * Ability to learn client business and processes effectively * In-depth experience with each of the phases of SDLC * Strong interpersonal skills * Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) * Ability to support deliverable creation using MS Office Suite at the intermediate or expert level skills in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Word * Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments * Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills **Desired Skills and Experience:** * Agile Development Methodology experience * Experience implementing software development projects with java, IBM DB2, Informatica technologies * Project Management experience * Prior experience supporting IRS
