Level II Applications Developer

* Designs, develops, enhances, debugs, supports, and implements software and applications. * Troubleshoots production problems related to software applications. * Researches, tests, builds, and coordinates the conversion and/or integration of new products based on client requirements. * Designs and develops new software products and major enhancements to existing software and evaluates effectiveness. * Addresses problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms between online applications. Consults with project teams and end users to identify application requirements. * Performs feasibility analysis on potential future projects to upper management. * Assists in the evaluation and recommendation of application software packages, application integration and testing tools. * Resolves problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements. * Acts as team leader on projects. Instructs, assigns, directs, and checks the work of others on the development team. * Participates in development of software user manuals and technical reports. * Performs automated builds and deployment scripts, integrates data sources, and provides architectural and code design improvements.

**Required:** * The ability to obtain and maintain a DHS/USCIS EOD Suitability Clearance * An Associate’s Degree or higher or 5+ years of experience * Good understanding of Object Oriented Principles * A working knowledge of software development testing using the Agile-Scrum methodology * Experience with: * Object Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks * Oracle * WCF service to Oracle DB’s * The .NET Framework including C#, ASP.NET and WebForms * Test Driven Development (TDD) * Continuous Integration/Deployment * Responsive UI websites * Adobe Acrobat and related products **Desired:** * Currently hold certification as a ScrumMaster (CSM)
