* Designs, develops, enhances, debugs, supports, and implements software and applications. * Troubleshoots production problems related to software applications. * Researches, tests, builds, and coordinates the conversion and/or integration of new products based on client requirements. * Designs and develops new software products and major enhancements to existing software and evaluates effectiveness. * Addresses problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms between online applications. * Performs feasibility analysis on potential future projects to upper management. * Assists in the evaluation and recommendation of application software packages, application integration and testing tools. * Resolves problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements. * Participates in development of software user manuals and technical reports. * Performs automated builds and deployment scripts, integrates data sources, and provides architectural and code design improvements.

* The ability to obtain and maintain a CDC Public Trust Clearance * A Master’s Degree or higher or 15+ years of experience in software development using an object-oriented programming language. * Solid understanding of Object Oriented Principles, design patterns, and best practices * Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work in teams as well as independently. * Microsoft CRM and SharePoint * Microsoft Azure * Web services, SOA, microservice architecture * .Net Framework including C#, ASP.Net, WebForms * HTML, XML and JSON * Oracle RDBMS, SQL * Mobile development experience, using Cordova, Angular * MS IIS
