Senior Sales Coordinator

Vantiv is growing! We are looking for a Senior Sales Coordinator to join our team at Vantiv HQ in Symmes Township OH. This is a high energy, fast paced position providing daily operational support to our business development team.

* Develops or uses sales measurement models and diagnostic tools to help identify sales performance indicators, key areas of opportunity and sales force training needs. * Prepares sales presentation materials and runs reporting on sales numbers. * Assists in planning and organizing sales meetings or events. * May help develop and/or administer new training programs. * Analyzes sales-related expenses associated with such things as the order pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, sales productivity and goal attainment. * Performs regular variance analysis for expenses and budgets. * Maintains and enhances sales force automation systems. * Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.

* Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years related work experience; or equivalent relevant work experience * Experience supporting a fast paced sales team * Working in Salesforce CRM is a big plus * A high level of detail orientation and customer service focus is critical to this role * Ability to work on and solve problems that require analysis or data review * Experienced and proficient with Microsoft products, such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook * Superior written and verbal communication required * We are looking for someone that is passionate about providing a world class experience to our internal teams and external partners!
