Executive Director

Valeo Resources was formed by a team of seasoned professionals in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. Currently seeking a full time Executive Director for one of the largest nonprofit, full continuum of care substance abuse treatment organizations in the nation. This organization offers a variety of programs at a dozen facilities throughout Texas and Louisiana.

The Executive Director will be responsible for the oversight and management of multiple facilities in the Houston, TX area. They will work to ensure strategic and operational goals are met, while working with management teams to ensure the success of programs and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

• 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role in the treatment industry
• Experience in overseeing multiple facilities
• Experience working with governmental licensing agencies
• Experience with multiple referral and insurance funding sources
• Clinical licensure
• Bachelor's degree is required
• Master's degree is preferred
