Manager, Product Finance

This role will be responsible for providing financial support (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, ad hoc analytics, business case development, strategic planning) for the FSI and InStore product lines.

* Provide financial planning and analysis for FSI and InStore product lines. This will include budgeting, forecasting, actuals and appropriate variance analyses * Complete ad-hoc reporting and analysis. Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators, assess product strengths and opportunities, monitor competitive landscape, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to Senior Management to drive business results * Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives or new business opportunities * Help develop finance analysts working on the Product Finance team

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA highly preferred * Will consider undergraduate degree with 6+ years of experience * 8+ years of experience * Ability to think analytically and strategically and solve complex problems * Budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning experience along with financial modeling * Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize accordingly * Candidate must exhibit intellectual curiosity and be able to explain the “why” in addition to the “what” * Strong written and oral communication skills, can communicate at all levels within the organization * Comfortable presenting to Senior Leaders and large groups * Strong planning and organizational skills along with past experience leading key projects
