Warehouse Clerk

The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for basic ordering, processing and record-keeping tasks, including receiving, unpacking, and examining goods shipped, and verifying completeness of order against records.

• Store packages in appropriate areas; maintains related records. Uses hand trucks, carts, dollies, or similar equipment to move goods and fill orders.
• Performs all tasks of entry level position. In addition, loads, unloads, moves, and stores supplies and goods on pallets, trays, and shelves.
• Has Basic Culinary Knowledge, including proper storage techinques, FIFO
• ServSafe certification preferred, will train for completion within first 30 days of employment
• Enforces policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
• Performs all tasks for which work group is responsible at the highest level of expertise.
• Must be able to drive company vehicles include cargo van and large box truck.
• Receives goods for outlets at The Keystone Lodge
• Cross transfer accounting, Monthly accounting
• Month End Inventory counts and entry
• Billing and accounting within company software

• Excellent guest service skills to interact with guests and communicate with management /co workers/ Vendors in a professional manner
• Must be able to get information and act on it immediately
• Must have a strong work ethic
• Be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, late nights and depending on business, weekends and holidays -required
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time of up to four hours -required
• Candidates must demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate in English verbally and in writing- required
• MS Office computer skills -required
• Ability to communicate in Spanish is a bonus
