Lodging and Shared Services Accountant

- Process bills for groups using our Lodging Management System (AS400), VisualOne, RPOS, and PeopleSoft AR - Process bills and research receivables for commercial lease, wholesale partners, and club members’ dues - Create/Update/Maintain customer information in PeopleSoft AR - Assist with travel accounting processes including vendor payments - Assist with audits of Lodging functions for the Lodge Audit department, as well as internal and external auditors - Complete monthly journal entries to ensure accurate accounting within GAAP standards - Reconcile balance sheet accounts and complete variance analysis monthly - Other job duties as assigned

- Associates/Bachelor Degree Preferred - Experience with high volume billing, payables and customer service preferably in a Shared Services environment - Experience with Lodging, Point of Sale, Financial, and MS Office Computer Systems - 0+ years experience in accounting or book keeping capacity - Microsoft Office - PeopleSoft Financials (Preferred) - AS400 (Preferred) - Ability to work as an integral member of a self-directed work team with strict performance requirements - Ability to be flexible and perform a variety of functional roles at any time to achieve business needs
