Lodging and Shared Services Accountant

• Process bills for groups using our Lodging Management System (AS400), VisualOne, RPOS, and PeopleSoft AR
• Process bills and research receivables for commercial lease, wholesale partners, and club members’ dues
• Create/Update/Maintain customer information in PeopleSoft AR
• Assist with travel accounting processes including vendor payments
• Assist with audits of Lodging functions for the Lodge Audit department, as well as internal and external auditors
• Complete monthly journal entries to ensure accurate accounting within GAAP standards
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and complete variance analysis monthly
• Other job duties as assigned

• Associates/Bachelor Degree Preferred
• Experience with high volume billing, payables and customer service preferably in a Shared Services environment
• Experience with Lodging, Point of Sale, Financial, and MS Office Computer Systems
• 0+ years experience in accounting or book keeping capacity
• Microsoft Office
• PeopleSoft Financials (Preferred)
• AS400 (Preferred)
• Ability to work as an integral member of a self-directed work team with strict performance requirements
• Ability to be flexible and perform a variety of functional roles at any time to achieve business needs
