Responsible for ensuring that all Resort guests have the highest quality food and beverage dining experience possible while assisting in the creation of a profitable department that is environmentally responsible. Follows the brand standards from the beginning of the service cycle through the entire dining process.

* Ensures all orders are completed properly and they are timed correctly. * Assists servers in carrying out all food to each outlet and follows brand standards while doing so. * Is willing to “fill in the gaps” as necessary by handling server duties in each outlet * Able to cross train for each outlet. * Keeps chefs and managers informed of any issues that may impact service or timing. * Completes daily sidework as assigned. * Assist both line cooks and servers as needed.

* Proficiency in reading and communicating in English. -required * Willing to work weekends, holidays, early mornings and late evenings. -required * Food and Beverage experience. –preferred * At least 1 year guest service experience. –required * Experience working in a hotel. -preferred * Able to lift and carry 50 pounds. -required * Must be able to stand up to 8 hours at a time. -required * Must be able to bend, crouch, crawl, climb and kneel. -required * TIPS certification is required within the first 60 days of employment. -required * In-person interviews. -required * Two satisfactory references. -required
