Trust Accountant

We are looking for a Trust Accountant to join our team. A person acting in this position must have a strong understanding of accounting principles coupled with attention to detail. In order for this candidate to be successful, he/she must be highly self-motivated and directed, committed to solving problems efficiently, and interested in being part of an organization committed to continuous growth and improvement. This is a position that must be able to set the standard for integrity and professionalism, and interact with a diverse team.

* Trust account reconciliation * Account statement preparation and processing * Building support processes for trust accounting * Maintenance of trust records * Invoice entry and payment processing * Client account management * Preparation of annual tax information returns * Other accounting and finance projects as assigned

* Internet navigation and usage * Strong math skills * Experience working with Excel * Finance or accounting background * Must be highly motivated with the ability to learn quickly and excel in a fast-paced, high-energy environment * Must be highly organized self-starter and have a superior attention to detail * Associates or bachelors degree preferred
