Revenue Analyst

Due to our substantive growth, we are looking for a Revenue Analyst to help us maximize returns for our owners. This position will support the rate analytics team in monitoring the performance of a portfolio of homes and making marketing and rate change recommendations as needed. The right applicant will have a strong technical background, but will also be able to communicate high level ideas to both executive management and operations employees.

* Review rental performance for a portfolio of properties * Communicate daily with both corporate and field employees alike * Monitor and improve proprietary rate algorithms and models * Improve revenue reporting * Research new markets and competitive pricing * Always learn, always teach * Occasional nerf battles and frequent foosball matches

* Excel wizards welcome * Experience working with data, reporting, and driving actionable business change via analysis and reporting * Ability to communicate technical ideas/topics to other departments in an easy to understand manner * Strong math skills * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized in an ever changing environment * Knowledge of Economics/Game Theory/Statistics/Machine Learning * MySQL/PostgreSQL/Python or other Programming skills
